Ventajas
At Kenect, I make a decent wage, and I love the people.
Desventajas
When I first started with Kenect. The company was awesome. They had that small company feel, where they cared about their customers and their employees. But overtime, they slowly started moving towards more corporate, and only caring about money.
They started by taking away privileges for employees, leadership became more micro managing, and everyone is expected to be onboard with the new AI product that Kenect acquired. The idea of the product is great, but it was so poorly planned, and the software is honestly not great. Upper leadership keeps pushing back saying that this was a great move for Kenect, but due to the nature of the problems it's had, and the expectations given to employees, it's driven a wedge between upper leadership and the people they're supposed to be supporting.
