Unprofessional, Boys’ club: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Indexing Technician en Katalyst Data Management

Highly unprofessional comments constantly made by the higher ups like especially HR, CEO and director. They constantly cuss in public areas and don’t treat employees with respect. They are also incredibly frugal asking employees to work in the dark and save money on electricity which was a first for me. No accommodation for religious/dietary needs when they do holiday parties or for new moms. Not an encouraging environment to be in. Extremely political.
