      there were some very nice and competent people here but if they were too good they got fired

      Desventajas

      accountant runs the whole show, does not understand the design business partners for the most part hate each other no trust among "leaders" of the firm makes it very hard to work here basically have one client left and are surviving because it is a large project

      Desventajas

      Communication is lacking between management and lower level associates. Could be more collaborative among staff who are working together by not always getting reprimanded for "socializing".
