Lack of innovation across the organization. Appraisals are conducted only once every two years. No benefits or recreational activities to engage employees. The workplace environment is poor, resembling a general ward in a government hospital. Outdated equipment, including computers and monitors from the late 1990s. The organization lacks a clear vision for the future.
