Ventajas
I worked in Josh for about 14 years. Started my career as an intern and moved out as an EM. I did not just grew in my career or my knowledge, but as a human being I learned a lot and made a lot of friends and good connections. Good thing about the company is you have an ample amount of learning opportunities. It's good at the early stage of your career that you get exposure for the client-facing environments and the live projects that will help you to grow further. Also you come across quite a good amount of technical trainings. and good mentors around who will teach you a lot. As its an open environment, you get to know about a lot of things in industry and how things runs. Definitely, the culture to support each other is awesome here.
Desventajas
No comments. Though as I came across the recent reviews, I will say even if 50% of their cons are addressed, the company will be fantastic again. (as still it has the potential)
