Ventajas

Fun meetings and parties (because everyone is drunk).

Desventajas

If you want a life outside of work then this is NOT your job. Traveling way more then they tell you, you're also traveling with approx. 600 pieces of clothing samples and 7 racks that you have to pack and repack -time after time. Management is a mess. You will work no less then 60+ a week. They are very pushy when it comes to selling. It's almost embarrassing.

Ventajas

This is a wonderful company to work for! You get to make your own schedule and it’s so much fun. Everyone is so nice, it really felt like family.

Desventajas

Lots of travel, long hours some days

Ventajas

Great discount on clothing. Sales meeting in Canada- marketing does a great job with execution. Marketing also does a great job with the assets they produce.

Desventajas

The company culture is " fake happy". Everyone speaks in extremely positive undertones, but it is an illusion. The director is unsupportive and insecure with strong hires. The company is not open to real change and is antiquated in systems and sales. Most holding positions 10+ this is their first fashion job and just don't have the multifaceted experience to execute the change needed in order to see the results the company is goaled at.
