Great Benefits and access to tools that allow you to be successful. As long as you are meeting your goals you are given the autonomy to manage your own business and sales efforts among your assigned accounts.

Desventajas

It seems like this company is driven by excessive micromanagement from corporate and regional managers, however, at the local level management will focus on minimizing road blocks to ensure success.

Decent pay, good PTO and benefits

Desventajas

Everything else. ZERO training. They hand you a laptop (which is garbage) and say good luck. There is no "team." Everyone is on their own. The senior techs all reached their peak 20 years ago and don't even know what BACnet is. The bureaucracy is unbearable. Ordering a simple part is nearly impossible. There are so many apps you have to check in on everyday and they care more about those metrics than they care about the service their customers are receiving. If you want to get your butt kicked everyday with zero support at a company that specializes in taking advantage of their customers, this is the job for you.
