Ventajas

I love what I do here at JetSpring, it comes with many pros. The biggest being a friendly work environment and the luxury of it being a remote job. Management is fantastic and the training is very informal. You get paid during all trainings, and everyone is very helpful. My coworkers are fantastic to work with and make working remotely fun! You can travel with this job, you just need your computer and wifi. It's rewarding chatting with clients and being able to assist them. It is a job, so not every day is easy, but for the majority of the time this job is rewarding and you still have time to balance out your life.

Desventajas

Unfortunately the pay isn't as high as one would like it to be, and you can't really move up in positions.
