Management will act like they care, tell you what you want to hear then do the complete opposite. Shared trucks, so you never know what state your truck will be in. Most of the guys are a complete mess and don’t care about treating the trucks well. Constantly having to spray out the trucks because people smoke. Pay raise system is complete garbage and you’ll never advance. You’ll be stuck at 30hr forever. Benefits….are lacking. The only positive was one lady in dispatch. Just stay away.
