I have a job Doesn't matter though

Desventajas

Terrible communication. Don't answer the phone but will call, leave voice mail to call back, text, and email you before you can respond. On board was a disaster. They know you're starting ahead of time, but won't do the paperwork until after you start. Then not pay you for the time you worked because "you're not in the system." Clock in management is annoying and difficult. Takes 2 weeks to set up someone on the time system so you have to email your hours Don't pay for overtime Edits your hours to avoid overtime Don't respond too emails or concerns

Ventajas

I have been working at Iron Systems for 3 years 2 months, and it has been a rewarding experience. The company fosters a positive work culture, promotes learning and development, and provides growth opportunities basis the employee's capabilities. One of the key highlights is the collaborative environment, where team members support each other and innovation is encouraged. Work-life balance is maintained well, with flexible work culture and employee-friendly initiatives. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stable and growth-oriented workplace!

Desventajas

Of course, like any organization, there are areas for improvement. Streamlining internal processes and enhancing communication across departments could further enhance efficiency. However, overall, it is a great place to work, offering a dynamic and fulfilling career experience

Ventajas

Sometimes team members are good enough to support you while you're on leave.

Desventajas

The company culture increasingly felt transactional rather than people-focused. Employees who remained loyal through difficult periods expected transparency, recognition, and basic growth conversations, but those expectations were often unmet. Compensation reviews were uncommon, and raising questions about career progression could unintentionally place employees in uncomfortable positions. Sudden terminations and silent offboarding practices negatively impacted trust across teams.
