Smart people having a go and usually coming out with something great. Fun culture - sometimes relaxed, sometimes intense - that prizes entrepreneurship, commercial savvy and character. All of this smashed together with a creative agency parent company that is starting to yield some weird and wonderful outcomes.
Desventajas
Flies under the radar, many people haven't heard of the company even within consulting or agency circles. Has grown quickly but hasn't always grown up! This is actually a good thing most of the time but with half a dozen offices and almost 100 people there could be more structure.
