Really high promotions occur for the ones who deserve it. The Boss is highly Love-able, cool and understands things which brings lot of positive energy in the team. The most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Sometimes facilitates work from home also. Totally happy and satisfied.
