Ventajas
I am currently working at Invi Grid as a Creative Lead, a position I have held since I joined the company in 2021. Over the past three years, my journey here has been both extensive and enriching, filled with numerous learning experiences and growth opportunities.
When I first started at Invi Grid, I had no prior knowledge of the security domain. However, with the invaluable support of our CEO, I was able to quickly grasp the fundamental concepts and applications of security within our industry. Her guidance was instrumental, particularly in those early days when I often struggled to navigate and implement complex UX flows. She patiently explained the intricacies, enabling me to build a strong foundation in both security and user experience design.
This journey has been incredibly rewarding, as I have not only seen my own knowledge and skills in security expand but have also witnessed the significant growth and development of the company itself. While we have faced several setbacks along the way, these challenges have only strengthened our resolve and unity as a team. Together, we have overcome obstacles and achieved substantial progress, both individually and as an organization.
Overall, my time at Invi Grid has been marked by personal and professional growth, and I am excited to continue contributing to our ongoing success.

I have been the first person to join Invi Grid and I have seen the company and the people who joined very closely. There are not any cons which are worth mentioning.
