Ventajas
This is place with plenty of opportunities for professional development to learn something new every day, Ownership is very involved and has a clear vision for the future of the company, with cool projects. Company’s culture is great and most of the co-workers are young however very energetic and driven. These are crazy times with everything that is going on with COVID but ownership made it very clear we’re all in this together, projects will continue and will pull through. With so much uncertainty even among my family and friends this was very reassuring.
Desventajas
Job flexibility varies between departments makes communication hard sometimes. Can be very hectic with long hours makes it challenging to hit deadlines and can feel disconnected with lots going on at once. No red tape but there is bottlenecks from time to time especially with much of the staff remote due to the current situation.
