This is truly a company to make a career at given the difference you are able to make in people's lives. The newest system is incredible and the outlook for the company is strong.
Desventajas
The budget has become such a hot topic and employers feel compelled to give feedback justifying the budget constraints. It's hard to justify the level of frugality and rigidity experienced by employees while the company is flourishing.
There is a work for the data, vs. work for the business value sentiment being experienced cross-functionally and it is causes issues with integrity.
The analytics team (outside of sales ops) isn't talented enough to support the development of reports that allow the greater business to establish and achieve goals.
