      Ventajas

      Highly motivated team to work with. Good leadership. Provides ample opportunity to grow. Overall an impressive work culture especially if you are a software developer and like to code. Great work-life balance. It will be entirely on individual choice, no force from the management.

      Desventajas

      Given the current covid situation, hikes are not very good. But, I'm sure once the situation is back normal, it will get ok.
