Ventajas

I fondly look back at my time at Intralinks, management truly gave guidance and space for development as well as a great respect for privacy. The work comes with peaks and moments of rest but is easy to understand and manage. The colleagues are nice, personable and always ready to help one another.

If you are a brown noser to leadership and don't mind climbing on the backs of other people that you no longer see as humans, then you'll be successful.

Desventajas

Marketing leadership is extremely toxic. Stay away from this place if you have healthy boundaries and advocate for yourself or others. Empathy doesn't exist and neither does integrity. There
