      Since it’s primarily a staffing/consulting company, employees are often placed at client locations. Work culture depends more on the client than Intone itself. Limited control over project type or technology stack.

      Ventajas

      - Supportive team and approachable mentors who were willing to guide and share knowledge. - Gained valuable hands-on experience working with ETL pipelines, data warehousing, and cloud technologies. - Exposure to real-world projects that helped bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry practices. - Flexible work environment with a good balance between learning and delivering.

      Desventajas

      - Limited access to advanced tools and resources compared to larger tech firms. - Sometimes project scopes changed quickly, which made it hard to focus deeply on one area. - As an intern, communication regarding long-term opportunities could’ve been clearer
