Ventajas

Lots of opportunities to develop your career and advance internally. Management empowers you to make decisions. Work/Life balance is good. Big enough company to have amazing resources, yet small enough to have access to upper management and the ability to affect change.

Desventajas

You will not be micromanaged and are expected and trusted to be doing your job. Employees need to be comfortable communicating outside their department.

Ventajas

All hands calls and company updates happen more regularly and management seem to be a lot more aligned to what the company can actually do rather than what they want the employees to do. Also town halls are helpful to air questions and get answers on the spot.

Desventajas

Sometimes being all remote can be somewhat isolating and there is a loss in collaboration. Wish we can get together more often to work in person.

Most peers were helpful and friendly. Pay is average.

Desventajas

Owned by private equity firm when I worked there, may be better now that it has been bought by another company.
