Ventajas

support H1B visa, have lots of chance to know the IT news, very ambitious teams.

Desventajas

no payment for the first 3 months if you need H1B support. After you passed the 3 months, you will get $12 / hr. Good for those who needs H1B. But most of the time you need to work overtime without any pay to achieve your weekly goal. No systematic training, you will learn everything through the yelling, blaming & shouting of your account manager.
