      Ventajas

      - company moving to a newer tech stack - will never run out of work - plenty of opportunities to work on multiple technologies (if you are always willing to put real efforts into self learning) - Good for freshers as plenty of responsibilities will come onto them pretty early

      Desventajas

      - apart from the joining offer nothing is rewarding afterwords. No concept of bonus, comp off, employee engagement activities are poor, comparatively fewer leaves - Daily overtime & weekend stretch is extremely normalized - loads of work, few resources in a team puts lots of responsibilities on the ones left
