Ventajas
There are no pros to speak of. Everything I at first thought was worth bragging about turned out to be short lived and false in the end.
Desventajas
The owner of the company is the embodiment of every slimey thing that is wrong with contract staffing companies in the defense industry. Its hilarious to see this sudden deluge of 5 star reviews after so many years of nothing but mostly bad reviews (you know, because they were honest). Jeri Prophet actively recruits her employees to write these reviews to shore up her rating. Ask ANYONE that has worked for her, but ask them in person, and they'll tell you something entirely different. Not reimbursing for expenses, not paying out promised incentives, inventing disciplinary issues when questions are asked, you name it. Jeri also has active lawsuits in the state of VA against her. Look it up. Don't be fooled by all of these purposely solicited reviews. This is a TERRIBLE company to work for and Jeri Prophet is absolutely maniacal and devious and as under handed as they come. Nothing but a snake.
