Ventajas
InteliSecure is committed to solving problems for clients and promoting talent from within the organization. It has been amazing to see myself and many of my peers grow their careers over the past 8 years. As I reflect on my time here, it has been an amazing experience during which I've learned more than I ever could have imagined when I started. I have built lifelong friendships with employees and clients alike, and been consistently given opportunities that challenge me. Among the best parts of working at InteliSecure is the organization is always open to new ideas and ways of doing things. There has been so much change in my time here, and many of the best ideas have come from people inside the organization. There doesn't seem to be any bias towards good ideas based on what part of the organization they come from, which hasn't been the case everywhere I have been. I believe the company truly cares for employees, and I like to think that we are building an organization that is enjoyable to work for. I certainly enjoy the time I spend at work.
Desventajas
It isn't for everyone. Many people at InteliSecure work very hard, and others have found easier ways to make a living. For people who don't want to be consistently challenged or who are looking for a job where they can clock in and clock out with little effort or critical thinking, InteliSecure is not a good fit.
