Ventajas
Great employees - everyone gets along with each other, and is really supportive of you as a person. There are happy hours, lunches, birthday celebrations, and shout outs for good work. Room to grow - if you're willing to take on the work, they will give you the chance. Just be careful of saying yes to too many things, or not saying no when you're overloaded.
Desventajas
Tons of meetings - because of working with so many projects, senior staff are in a lot of meetings all the time, so if you need to get someone, it's hard. Also, because senior staff are in meetings, a lot of things fall to other people to do.
