      The company is entirely remote, creating a friendly work atmosphere despite the lack of a physical office. The leadership cares deeply about employee welfare.

      Desventajas

      When everyone works from home, joining in activities and engaging with others is important. If you don't, you might feel lonely.

      Ventajas

      I’ve had an overall good experience at Intecrowd. I have a supportive manager and team and feel like I’ve really grown my skills as a consultant.

      Desventajas

      We’ve been acquired by a larger company recently and the future is not looking bright. No more unlimited PTO and everyone’s utilization rates are being scrutinized. We have utilization quotas above industry standards and they don’t take PTO into account. Work life balance is rapidly degrading.
