Ventajas

Excellent benefits including health, dental, and vision 401k plan with 8% match Growth opportunities Subsidized cafeteria Opportunity to work with world leading technology in medical devices.

Desventajas

Collaboration between R&D and Operations can be dysfunctional at best. Members on both sides can be to blame for delays in basic paperwork or communication. Management has a tendency for dragging out the hiring process even when help is desperately needed on a project. They expect lower level employees or project members to pick up the slack when a team member leaves the organization, but fail to compensate for the extra work. Raises tend to be disappointing. During the pandemic upper management bragged about instrument and consumable sales but raises all around fell short of inflation rates. Opportunities for growth exist, however management tends to drag out promotions despite real time accomplishments and commitments.
