Some good people. Dynamic days don't make a difference, as the work will just be shifted to other days, affecting holidays. Benefits are available, but on the low end. Compensation is decent for some roles, but the unstable nature of the business makes this irrelevant.
Desventajas
Manipulative, poor leadership. Very dishonest to employees, clients, and regulators about their product and operations. Large tech debt and a generally low, outdated skill level, with no opportunities for staff to improve. Vindictive responses to feedback cause a high level of fear and internal friction within the company. Big show-off culture with no substance or strategic thinking. Unusually high turnover, even for a company of this size, especially among senior staff. Poor budget allocation, with all priorities given to PR and little to technology, which is the core product. No accountability taken by the CEO for any failures as long as he appears in the press.
