Terrible pension scheme. Sick pay over and above 6 days is only paid at managers discretion. I lost out on hundreds of pounds when I was signed off work for 2 weeks. This was my first “long term” absence. Mental health issues and sickness can be seen as an inconvenience to some managers. There is no scope for progression in my particular office at all. Limited availability to take holidays during summer months due to workload. There is no contingency plan for bad weather. Colleagues in my office have had car accidents while driving to work in blizzard conditions only to be sent home hours later. Poor salary in relation to the responsibilities of the role. Have been a victim of age discrimination at this company.
