      Solid Company. Hours with Projects. No projects no hours.

      Desventajas

      Projects slow down. Communication. Watch for over zealous contractors.

      Thank you for your time to write a review. We are happy to hear you came onboard full time with us. With contract roles, the project flucuate with demand. Communication is key in all projects and we use a variety of tools to help this. However, we will give this feedback to the team.       Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
