Ventajas
Best culture. Great place to work where people genuinely care about you and your career. Exciting time of transformation!
Front line management is typically very employee focused and tries to help. I had many opportunities to learn a new skill or expand my own knowledge of the business and where I could help.
Desventajas
Don't expect timely raises to go along with your work output. It's discouraging to consistently not get meaningful raises and yet they are pouring money into unproven income streams like AI and continue to make acquisitions all while the stock price and employee moral plummets with it.
