      Ventajas

      There are no pros if a take a job here just keep looking for something else

      Desventajas

      I could always when my Sr Mgr was lying because my managers lips would move. No severance is offered (1week for every year), no job performance (Dobt want to put anything in writing) below average benefits (high deductible HSA is health insurance option)

      Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
