      Ventajas

      Employee-centric leadership, great teammates, strong work ethics, modern work-life balance, flexible work arrangements, competitive salary/benefits. These short but powerful phrases are only a few of the many great things I could say about working at Insight. A top-notch place to work indeed!

      Desventajas

      I have honestly not come across any cons to date...seriously.

      Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
