      Ventajas

      Great people and teammates.

      Desventajas

      Very Low salary compared to Industry Average. Management and HR is pro company and anti-employees(everyone can attest to this). They promote people from other department rather than promoting someone deserving in your department. The growth is very limited and the increase for every promotion is $40.00 per month.

      Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
