      Ventajas

      I have worked at Insight for 10 years. Our leadership team has a true open door philosophy and are very transparent. We value career and personal development. Personally, my career has grown tremendously over that ten year span. We have a lot of fun at work, from Fuchsia Fests to Bring Your Dog to Work Days.

      Desventajas

      I don't have any cons.

      Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. Working at Insight for 10 years is a great accomplishment and milestone. Insight is a company that does value its employees and Insight offers many events and opportunities for its employees to be involved in.

      Ventajas

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Desventajas

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
