A really great team that was, in my experience, well managed and motivated. Good working environment with lots of opportunities.
Middle and senior management really seemed to care about the staff, and as a result people were loyal and motivated.
Desventajas
Not much really. The basic salary was rather poor I suppose. Some of the software systems in use were not great. There were a few hoops to jump through, but nothing that you would not find at any company this size.
They did run out of parking spaces while I was there though!

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.
Desventajas
Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
