Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that you are happy with your pay and coworkers. Some of our work does require our employees to drive some distance, and we appreciate the hard work it takes to meet the needs of our clients. We understand that paperwork can be frustrating. Do you have any ideas in terms of how we may be able to streamline such paperwork? Please let your supervisor or program manager know if you have suggestions in terms of how the paperwork could be streamlined. Everyone will be grateful for reduced paperwork!
Overall it’s been a great place to work! The team is helpful and people are willing to jump onto Teams to help you if you’re stuck on something. You get to work on a lot of different issues, so it’s a good environment if you want to build troubleshooting skills and learn new things. Management communicates very well and makes sure we have what we need to do the job. The coworkers are great and make the workday a lot easier.
Desventajas
Like most tech support jobs, it can get pretty busy depending on ticket volume. Some days are a lot heavier than others, especially during peak times. It would help to have a little more coverage during those periods.
