Ventajas

When it gets tough they will occasionally buy pizza for the office. ._. To keep spirits up. You want a raise? Put in your 2 weeks. You your job well enough and move out of the service desk... they will drag you back b/c they can't keep people in the service desk

Desventajas

Lousey insurance. Not competitive with pay - I think McDonald's pays more. The leadership or team leads are a joke with no real skills other then standing over your shoulder and asking "why is your call at 5 mins?"

Ventajas

Overall it’s been a great place to work! The team is helpful and people are willing to jump onto Teams to help you if you’re stuck on something. You get to work on a lot of different issues, so it’s a good environment if you want to build troubleshooting skills and learn new things. Management communicates very well and makes sure we have what we need to do the job. The coworkers are great and make the workday a lot easier.

Desventajas

Like most tech support jobs, it can get pretty busy depending on ticket volume. Some days are a lot heavier than others, especially during peak times. It would help to have a little more coverage during those periods.
