      Ventajas

      Innovim consistently shows appreciation for their employees and ensures they have the tools and necessary incentives to grow and stay with the company. The culture isn't toxic and they are willing to get you in a contract position that supports your skills and are also transparent with the typical happenings of the contract world.

      Desventajas

      Like any contracting company work is guaranteed through the length of a contract.

      Innovim Inc is a company to watch as they continue to expand. Their work supporting critical areas is top notch. I highly recommend checking out their website to learn about their work and review openings.

      Small business, but growing quickly.

      I appreciated the pay check.

      Desventajas

      Poor management. 401k contribution. performance evaluations process. Don't ask about salary increase. No advancement.
