Like every job has it has the stress and daily grind that you have to make your way around.

Innovex (previously Advanced Business Machines) during my time there was a great place to work. The company presented me with a solid footing in my career, I started off as a service coordinator and quickly crew to overseeing their IT and Service daily operations. During my time working here, I was always presented with confidence and challenge, to further not only myself but my career. I was given opportunity to always make things better and the owner always embraced new idea's ! They are a family focused company, with strong core values. I often found myself enjoying going to work. Peter the owner was great to me and my family, always making me feel a part of the work culture and family there. Matt the GM is full of energy ,he always found a way to make the days go by quickly, whether through a complex deal that ended in great success , or simply making the team feel empowered and energized to get through the tasks at hand. My time at Innovex (ABM) was about 4 years, I moved onto to another company out of the area, but remember my time here well, as the experience was great. I highly recommend working here! If you are searching for a company that values it's employees, fosters growth and presents a great work atmosphere, Innovex is it. Oh and they celebrate each employees birthday personally by calling a company wide meeting each month to celebrate !
