Flexible hours for students Nice co workers Team Leads are friendly

Desventajas

Pay could be better considering the fact that it's a stressful job Cold calls about newspaper subscriptions i.e Calgary Harold, Toronto Sun (it's 2024 not 2015, who reads those these days anyway) Contacts are often recycled; an agent can easily call someone who's been contacted 2-6x before If list of contacts run out, you can be sent home early before the shift is scheduled to end Pay cheque inaccuracy

Ventajas

The other agents are very friendly. You get breaks, you are allowed to eat on your lunch breaks.

Desventajas

This company has NO RESPECT for family time! They will easily email you on Christmas eve demanding you come to work on Christmas Day. This company forgets that they work with people and therefore they do these inhumane things. Furthermore this company steals money from your paycheck. Please spare yourselfes the horror and do not work for this company
