They don’t check for proper treatment of illnesses before kids come back , don’t send kids home with fevers and punish RBT’s if they don’t want to work with a sick child. -pay could be better -mid level management gossips - has a 6 month turnover rate for RBT’s leaving the RBT’s that stay, overworked and short handed contributing to much faster burnout. -sends out company surveys only to discuss how great they’re doing and never actually address problems that were brought up.
