Not a Great Experience – Proceed with Caution 1. The hiring process seems to be driven solely by client requirements. Employees are only paid once the client officially onboard them. For instance, if your appointment letter states a start date of April 1st but the client onboarding happens on April 25th, your salary starts from April 25th, not from the appointment date. 2. The work environment often resembles a high-pressure sales agency rather than a structured corporate setting. 3. There is a lack of professionalism in management, with frequent, unnecessary meetings that add little value. 4. The exit process is particularly concerning. Employees who wish to leave may face unnecessary hurdles, with the company resorting to questionable tactics that make the transition difficult. Final Thoughts:
I’d advise thorough due diligence if you're considering joining. The company’s approach to employee well-being and professionalism leaves much to be desired.

overall onboarding interview process was good, had no problems during the contract tenure.

Desventajas

Public holidys are unpaid, and no PTOs. I learnt this hard way, negotiate before joining
