No salary on time - most of the time it comes after 5th day of a month. India management is really poor and indecisive. They behave very desperate and change stance very frequently. They can just talk big without doing nothing. Very less work as they don't have right reputation among clients to bring the new work. No benefits at all apart from salary. Job security is very bad. These people withdraw offers even a day before joining. So, you can't be sure of having a job until you actually start working. I made kind of mistake by joining this company. If you are a knowledgeable person, don't join it at all.
