Ventajas
Very supportive and positive team - not only from management but from peers as well. All functions of the business truly work together to help one another out. Management gives you the opportunity to create your career path, by allowing you to work for different clients and gain experience in multiple areas. I felt that I was given enough room to manage my account on a day-to-day basis as I saw fit, yet when I needed help, I always knew I could turn to my onsite Director, as well as leadership from corporate. Great holiday parties and company outings! Constant positive feedback from leadership.
Desventajas
Due to the nature of the business, the company tends to run very lean. Meaning there are times when you start your day with a 10 item to-do list, and leave the office late with 20 items still left on your list. Pay is below market and varies greatly - make sure to ask for what you want and/or deserve.
