Desventajas
Over confident and arrogant management. There are hardly any experienced people in the key management positions. Barring the 3 directors, the highest experience of the top management is only 10~11 years. And this lack of experience shows in there management skills, processes and policies. Work culture is one of the worst in terms of work-life balance. You will have to compete and work with people for whom this company is there life, and this will be expected out of you as well.
