      Nothing to say as pros

      Desventajas

      No work life balance, multiple projects are assigned to single person, wrong hire in management, talent people leaving the company, Management care only on money from client and they don't care about employees and make people to work more than 12 hours daily

      Ventajas

      If you have a good manager then you can learn more things.

      Desventajas

      Its a family owned business. Can't grow financially. Never get a satisfied hike. The management will not understand your situation, they'll stand on there point No job security.
