Ventajas
First time in a sales position since 2013. The training here is the best I've had anywhere, very thorough and hands on approach. Everyone is a team first teammate, no one ever complains about helping someone out. The culture and outreach programs make this one of the best companies I can imagine working for. They really care about each employee as an individual. I love the decision I made to join ProperRate.
Desventajas
As is with any sales job, it takes hard work and determination to get yourself started. Once you've made it through training, you need to be self-motivated. Can't say that is a con that wouldn't apply to any other sales company.
