      Friendly colleagues and supportive teamwork Flexible working hours, easy to manage work–life balance Workload is generally reasonable, only busy at times

      Desventajas

      Some employee perks (like free lunch) are no longer available Skill development in newer technologies (e.g. TypeScript) is limited Career growth in IT can feel slow without more training opportunities

      Ventajas

      As an entry-level employee, one of the key to be great and making an impact is by humbly learning from colleagues and seniors whom provide guidance and tips. Fortunately I am currently in such platform!

      Desventajas

      Since I got enrolled recently, so far there are none that I can particularly point out to.

      - friendly working place - flexible working hours - good place to learn & grow

      Desventajas

      - nothing! besides waking up early but that's just me!
