Ventajas

- good hybrid work balance - Mental Free day off a month

Desventajas

- everyone gets a day off a month so ultimately you pick up everyone else’s work - Feels like an office run by kids. Zero professionalism - Workplace bullying raised with HR, staff member is still employed - Pretty horrible middle management who don’t actually train you, just throw you under the bus at any chance - Client first, but in a way where they don’t care about the team - Leave+ is a bit of a front. Always a bonus but depending on who you are is how much you get - Office has “favourites” treated much better - like to put people on performance plans l (think I saw 5-7 in 1 year, for people who just needed some direction or training) - Media learning is LOW. Most just plan OOH and Radio and all digital and TV is booked through external teams. Juniors looking to move agencies will struggle to get promotions externally if they haven’t had this experience - Investment is poor across the agency floor - most staff I talked to often weren’t happy

Ventajas

Prior to the Omnicom takeover, employees had monthly wellness days, every conceivable public holiday off plus a full week in August off for employee appreciation and then between Xmas and New years the offices were closed. Salaries were satisfactory. They did try to staff teams accordingly, only to have them taken away.

Desventajas

vacation time and holiday time off is now downsized. Next to no remote employment. Back to office is 3 days and space in the offices is limited. Due to merger layoffs, more work for those who are left, and salaries are not as robust to lure new candidates. No warning on dept downsizing, they all say " I knew nothing"
