1. Layoffs are frequent since Amit Walia became a CEO 2. Layoffs are not based on performance. They can sack even the high performing candidates. 3. No loyalty being shown to the people who are acquainted with the company since 10+ years. They layed off them too . 4. CEO things saves money by laying off and shows financial results as he achieved a very big things. 5. This trend will continue as long as this CEO is part of company. 6. They did not paid my stocks money after laying off by saying your stocks are not vested so as per company policy they cannot give money. My question is I did not resigned from company in my own. In that case they should pay stock money as per pro rata basis.
